50% refund of consultation fee
Cancellation: Less Than 24 Hours
No refund (time reserved for you)
For full home designs, room makeovers, and comprehensive design services:
Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable)
The initial deposit secures your spot in our schedule and covers preliminary work, research, and planning. This is non-refundable once work begins.
Early Cancellation (Before Design Phase)
If you cancel before we begin the design phase, you'll receive a refund minus the initial deposit and any completed preliminary work.
Mid-Project Cancellation
If you cancel mid-project, you'll be charged for all completed work to date. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days.
Final Designs Delivered
Once final designs are delivered and approved, all payments are final. No refunds are provided after project completion.
When we purchase furniture, decor, or materials on your behalf:
Custom Orders: Custom furniture and made-to-order items are non-refundable once ordered
Stock Items: Refunds follow the vendor's return policy (we'll assist with returns when possible)
Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund
Change of Mind: Client-initiated changes after ordering are subject to vendor restocking fees
